Family Members Killed as Civilians Flee Libya’s Sirte
Bombings killed at least three members of a family including a child, near the Libyan city of Sirte, where civilians trying to flee the fighting between loyalist forces and interim government Muammar Gaddafi.

Officials doctors say the car struck the family on Saturday, he stopped in traffic when driving out of the besieged city of Mr Gaddafi. It is not clear which side began to explode.

On Thursday, the Red Cross said about 3,000 people were displaced from Sirte in a desert area about 30 kilometers east of the city.

On Friday, Foreign Minister of Italy met in Tripoli, NTC leaders and promised that his country will work to unlock $ 3 billion in Libyan assets. He said the money could help fund projects to rebuild the country.
